Primary Duty:
- Providing introductory information, such as a product manual explanation, to customers
- Handling customer complaints and troubleshooting issues with products or services
- Following up with clients or customers by phone, web chat or email to check that they’re still satisfied with their purchases or services received
- Performing repairs and replacing defective parts if applicable.
- Letting customers know about additional products or services that might benefit them.
- Offer customers the sale of new computers, laptops and other products.
- Provide software installation and upgrade services for operating systems, anti-virus programs, productivity tools, etc.
- Offer custom-built computers. Customers can choose the components they want, and the shop will assemble them accordingly
