Primary Duty:

  • Handling customer complaints and troubleshooting issues with products or services
  • Following up with clients or customers by phone, web chat or email to check that they’re still satisfied with their purchases or services received
  • Performing repairs and replacing defective parts if applicable.
  • Letting customers know about additional products or services that might benefit them.
  • Offer customers the sale of new computers, laptops and other products.
  • Provide software installation and upgrade services for operating systems, anti-virus programs, productivity tools, etc.
  • Offer custom-built computers. Customers can choose the components they want, and the shop will assemble them accordingly
